Great app to help you work out and stretch. Love that you can customize how long you have to stretch.

There are videos of people performing the exercise while the user does the exercise. The countdown to switch positions is a little fast if youre a beginner or sleepy (I use this app shortly after waking up). The only thing missing is the users ability to preview what the exercises are. Id be more inclined to do more on the app if I could preview more of it. It would be ideal if they would list the exercises available so that I could see the difference between the head-to-toe stretches, full-body stretches, and Pilates essentials.
This app is great! One less thing you have to plan for your workout.
Great for lazy men like me. Not limber and not into yoga class but getting older. 5 min exercise everyday is helping my hamstring cramps.

Its free and gets the job done, giving you the option to stretch for different amounts of time. I just use it for 5 minutes everyday and for my purposes, I think its just fine.
I just tried SWORK and will continue to use it. You could slow down the transition time a bit. Overall great app.

Im currently preparing to join a gym but in the meantime, I wanted to develop a consistent workout schedule. Sworkit is an amazing at home app for people who want to work out but dont belong to a gym. My only complaint is about the stretching portion. When the people on the app are doing the workout, theyre continuously moving, even when the app says switch sides halfway through the workout. So are we continuously stretching in and out on one side or are we holding on one side? A bit confusing
App would not allow me to see the exercise and how to do them because of all the ads, and there was not a way to get rid of them
I use the Stretch and Pilates sections. It reminds me every morning to get my stretch on; it has someone demonstrate as I perform the moves and is not intimidating because I do it in the comfort of my home. The app just needs to work on transitions from one move to another but it gets the job done!
Love the variety of stretches and the whole series of upper body, lower body, etc.
