Working out and stretching consistently is hard to keep up. Being a dancer and gymnast stretching and working out is a big part in what we do. This app is great for big athletes and people who just want to burn calories. It shows you how many calories you burned in the amount of time working out, lets you choose how much time you stretch for and sends you reminders. Overall this app is great and I highly suggest it.
